It all started over two decades ago
Back in the early 90s, the personal computer was just beginning to become a common tool for businesses. For many, that new technology was intimidating and stress inducing. Leaders of both small and large businesses knew they needed to harness the power of this tool, but they needed technologists they could trust. Business leaders knew they needed to find trustworthy people who not only understood business, but were also tech-savvy.
As the stereotype goes, “computer geeks” may know a lot about computers — but for the business leader, they are often challenging and difficult to work with.
After nearly two decades of building software innovations and overseeing product development at Microsoft as a Program Manager, the idea of client-specific customized software solutions led to the birth of RapidTek Solutions.
